CAROLE McCOY, 65, of Memphis, floral specialist for Wang's International, died Monday at Methodist North Hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel with burial at 12:30 p.m. in Ridgecrest Cemetery in Jackson, Tenn. She was a member of Briarwood Baptist Church, Order of the Rainbow for Girls and a past worthy matron of the Order of the Eastern Star 313. She leaves two daughters, Marion Jones and Charity Brown, and her parents, June and Robert Maxey, all of Memphis, and two grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the Order of the Eastern Star Summer Avenue Chapter Scholarship Fund or the American Diabetes Association.
